“Throughout high school, I have always played sports. Once in college I continued to stay active by playing club volleyball for TCU and incorporating weight lifting. Now that I am out of college I continue this trend for two reasons: One, I love being outside and pushing myself and two, I love to eat. You know those people who diet so that they can reach their fitness goals? I'm the exact opposite. I workout so that I can eat whatever I want. Food is one of my true passions and enjoyments, thus the main way to allow me to eat all the things I love is by staying fit and active.
To me, KFKF portrays a message that it's okay to enjoy life and enjoy food and still be able to to take care of my body. It brings a lighter vibe to working out and body image portrayal, which I think is a HUGE issue in today's society. Love your body and love your life 🤘🏽
My name is Steff and I HIIT for the PIE and I am a KFKF Athlete.” - Steph, RN (Labor & Delivery), KFKF Athlete
