“Growing up, I was always an athletic kid. It wasn’t until after high school that I began to go through a cycle in my weight. I reached the heaviest I've ever been at the age of 21 hitting the 270 lb mark. I decided to make a change for the better life, a healthier one. I got involved in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and picked up running. After months and years of dedication, I was able to drop down to 195lbs.
As the years went on and quickly approaching my early 30s so did the weight. Now that I'm 32, I decided not to use my slowing metabolism an excuse to give up. I work twice as hard at it. I got back into running, hit the gym, and did any and all outdoor activities. I dropped 45lbs in the last 8 months, And now I'm finally back to feeling like I'm back in my early 20s..👊🏽😤
I am dedicated to my fitness but I’m also dedicated to my food. I could eat Rocky Road ice cream and In n Out hamburgers all day! And this is why I love the KFKF movement. Kinda Fit Kinda Fat is not just a brand but a lifestyle that allows you to be you! You don’t have to be perfect (cuz hell, no one is). You just have to be you.
