Growing up on a small farm in Austria I have always had to lift and move heavy, odd shaped objects, just like one has to do during Strongman competitions. It wasn’t until last year that I found my true passion and love for this sport.
I started my lifting career when I joined the U.S. Army in 2013. I used the gym as a stress reliever from my daily duties as a Combat Medic. In 2018, I competed at my first bodybuilding competition as a physique competitor at the Aloha Muscle in Hawaii. I quickly realized that my inner fat kid was not fond of the constant dietary restrictions that came with competing in bodybuilding. I made the switch to strongman without hesitation.
In 2019, I made my official debut at War on the Shore in San Diego. From there, I received my invite to Strongman Corps Nationals; where I placed well enough to not only score an invite to the Amateur Arnolds 2020. I also received my Pro Card at that same competition.
As a KFKF athlete and as a female strongman competitor, I want to empower other females to pursue their goals to become the best version of themselves. No matter what shape or size they are.
