How to measure:

To find your belt size, measure your “belt waist”. This is about 4inches above your normal waist where your pants would sit. Relax your body and do not “suck in” your stomach when you measure as the lifting belt is meant to be used when you brace properly. You can adjust the buckle, loosening or tightening the belt with the adjustable holes.

How to break in your lever belt:

• Due to the 13mm thickness, belt will need to be broken in. Continuously roll the belt into a tight loop several times, flexing the stiff leather. Extra emphasis on the end of the belt where it would fold under the loop
  
• Belt lever may not stay on properly if not broken in or not tight enough. Wear the belt during your warm ups to allow it to gradually mold onto your body.
