Start Return
1. Head over to Our Return Portal
2. Input your order number and postal zip code and click "Start Your Return"
3. Click on the item you want returned or exchanged and the reason why
4. Decide whether you want a refund, store credit, or an exchange
5. Print out your free shipp[ing label & drop your return off at your local post office.

Returns can be made within 30 days upon receiving the eligible product*. Eligible items can be returned for a refund OR store credit through our KFKF Return Portal. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Once the refund has processed, an email will be sent to the email address attached to the order. Shipping cost is not included in store credit or refund amount. Items that are marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Eligible items for a return or an exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items cannot be marked as "final sale". Return/Exchange must be within 30 days upon receiving the order.
You betcha! Choose the "Store Credit" option on the KFKF Return Portal*. Store credits will be ready to use the instant it is issued! Keep in mind, your store credit will be sent to the email attached to the order. Store credits do not expire AND can also be used as a split payment for your future purchases!
Love your goodies but desire a different fit? Eligible items can be returned and exchanged for the same item in a different size OR another item of equal value*! Just choose the "Exchange" option on the KFKF Return Portal. Exchange orders will be fulfilled after the item(s) have been dropped off at your local post office.
Once the exchange process begins, you’ll receive a new order number with tracking information with the email provided when applicable. Unfortunately, baked goods that are “Sold Out” or marked as “Final Sale” will not be eligible for an exchange.
Received a gift but aren't sa-TASTE-fied? Although we can't offer you a refund, we can definitely give you store credit OR an exchange for your baked goods*! And the best part? You gift giver will NOT be notified of any returns made on the gift! Shipping information will be collected if an exchange is requested.
