ANNIVERSARY SALE
When will I Get my order?
Orders from the Anniversary Sale will be shipped within 10-15 business days from the day you placed your order (not including weekends and holidays). Please keep in mind that our staff is working tirelessly to make sure you get your goodies on time during regular business hours/days. Packages may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive once it has shipped from our fulfillment center for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. (Expected delivery dates vary depending on the location.)
I purchased an item during the sale. Can I return or exchange it?
All items on Clearance are FINAL SALE, meaning they are not eligible for return or exchanges. Clearance items are not eligible for return for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Clearance items include those that are listed in the “Clearance” section on kindafitkindafat.com & those with a pre-determined discount.
Items that are NOT in the Clearance section or do NOT have a predetermined discount may be eligible for return or exchange. If you'd like to request a return or exchange for this item, please send an email to service@kindafitkindafat.com along with your order number, first and last name, and the email address associated with your order.
I made multiple orders during the sale, can you merge my order or ship them together?
To ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment, we cannot merge separate orders.
I placed an order but forgot to add a discount code. Can I add it after?
Additional discounts may not be added after an order has been placed.
I previously bought an item and now it's on sale. Do you price match?
Unfortunately, our sales are time-sensitive, and we can’t apply sale prices to orders placed before or after the sale period.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
I emailed customer service, how long does it take for a response?
Generally, our Customer Service Team is able to respond to any questions you may have in 1-3 business days.
What size am I in your products?
Sizing can be tricky, we totally get it. Feel free to take a look at our sizing guide to check out what size best works for you. Generally, if you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store at this time.
Do you offer military discounts?
Thank you for your service! Please email our Customer Service team, service@kindafitkindafat.com, regarding military discounts.
When will an out of stock item be restocked?
Due to the high demand of some of the styles & sizes, inventory may sell out quickly. Certain products may also be marked as "limited" & may only be released for a certain time frame until the stock is completely sold out. However, most of the items are restocked periodically. Make sure to sign up for email notifications & follow us on social media to get inventory notifications on when we restock current items & release new ones. Feel free to sign up for a personal back in stock email on each item's page by clicking on the size desired, then Notify Me When Available.
**Be sure to act fast once you receive a notification. There is no guarantee that items will still be available.**
How do I wash or take care of my items?
Here is our recommendation to keep all your new apparel looking fresh:
- Wash apparel inside-out to preserve designs
- Wash apparel with like colors
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve color

ORDERS
I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
As long as you have not received tracking information, we can cancel an order for you. Please reach out to our customer service team, service@kindafitkindafat.com, with your order number.
Do you sell gift cards?
With so many treats to pick from, it can be hard to choose between them! You can purchase e-gift cards here.
I just placed an order and my size changed during checkout out, can I change to my correct size?
On some rare occassions, when you add an item to cart it will appear with an incorrect size. If that happens please reach out to us right away and we can get that fixed for you.

Can I change anything on my order after it has been placed?
Second guessing on a size or item? As long as you have not received tracking information & the item that you’re looking to exchange for is in stock, please contact service@kindafitkindafat.com during normal business hours & have your order number available.
I received the wrong baked goods, how do I receive the correct ones?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please reach out to service@kindafitkindafat.com with your name & order number so we can quickly get this resolved for you.
How do sales and special limited time discounts work? Can I apply it to my order now?
Sale prices and discount codes are ONLY valid during the time of the sale.
Sale prices will NOT be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of sale.
There will be no refunding of the difference in price if you purchased an item before the sales started.
Items that are marked as "Final sale" will not be eligible for a refund return.
I just placed a Pre-Order, when will I get my order?
Pre-order/Pre-sale products are defined as products that are not currently in stock. By purchasing products through a pre-sale, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
Due to limited availability, all pre-order/pre-sale products are final sale and are not eligible for any returns, exchanges, or store credit. Any orders containing a pre-sale item will not be shipped until the pre-sale item becomes available to ship. Kinda Fit Kinda Fat, LLC reserves the right to change shipping dates if required. If you have purchased a presale item(s), you have acknowledged and accepted these conditions provided regarding presale item(s). Pre-order products are estimated to ship in approximately 3-4 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you ship internationally?
We want everyone to be able to purchase from our bakery! We do ship internationally.
How do I return my international order?
We are working on expanding a fulfillment center overseas, therefore we DO NOT offer returns/exchanges internationally at this time.
SHIPPING & RECIEVING
I just placed my order, how soon can I expect to receive it?
Orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days of the day you placed your order. Please keep in mind that our staff is working tirelessly to make sure you get your goodies on time during regular business hours/days.
I purchased expedited shipping with my order, when will my order ship out?
KFKF will guarantee a shipping date no later than 1-2 business days of when the order was placed. This does NOT include weekends, our fulfillment schedule is Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). This means that if you placed an order with expedited shipping on a Tuesday, your order will be fulfilled no later than Thursday afternoon. If you place an order with expedited shipping on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled no later than Tuesday afternoon.
I purchased expedited shipping but the shipping company did not deliver it on time. Can you help?

I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?
You can generally expect this within 1-5 business days of your order being placed. As soon as your item is prepared for shipment, we’ll send you over a tracking number.
What do I do if my package states that it was "delivered," but I can't find it?
Kinda Fit Kinda Fat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once packages are confirmed, shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fed Ex, and a tracking number has been provided, KFKF is not responsible for the delivery transit of the package. If your package is lost or stolen, please contract USPS/Fed Ex.
The postal service may mark a package as "Delivered" but may actually deliver the package 1-2 business day(s) afterward. For additional information/follow up, we suggest contacting the shipping company.
Can I pick up my package instead of having it shipped?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store and cannot offer local pick-ups from our fulfillment center.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Wherever you are in the US, we can get your baked goods delivered to you. We do ship to P.O Boxes & APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
My order has already been shipped out but my address is wrong, can I change it?
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
