Kinda Fit Kinda Fat will never require a winner to provide credit card, banking, or other payment information to claim a prize.

Beware of Scams:

Kinda Fit Kinda Fat will never ask you to provide credit card or banking information, send money, pay a fee, or click an unofficial link in order to claim a Giveaway prize. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Kinda Fit Kinda Fat, do not respond or provide personal or payment information. Participants should verify that any winner notification comes from our official, verified account.

Prize Claims:

If a selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the winner notification, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Kinda Fit Kinda Fat may select an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash unless Kinda Fit Kinda Fat chooses to do so.

Release of Liability:
