KFKF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please review the following terms and conditions ("Terms") that govern your use of and purchase of products from (collectively, "Use") kindafitkindafat.com and any Kinda Fit Kinda Fat brand mobile applications (collectively, our "Site"). The Site is provided by Kinda Fit Kinda Fat, Inc. ("Kinda Fit Kinda Fat"). By creating an Account or otherwise accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to follow and be bound by these Terms.

 

1. PRODUCTION INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Prices of our products are subject to change at any time. Prices may differ from in person events/stores & the kindafitkindafat.com website. Please note that we attempt to accurately display all colors on our product pages, however mobile & desktop screens do have a tendency to alter colors in some cases. Kinda Fit Kinda Fat reserves the right to change any product information without any notice. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. A shipping confirmation & update on tracking will guarantee that the order was placed successfully.

 

2. ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING

For information on shipping policies, please see here Shipping Policy. Order processing may take up to 7 business days (for US Domestic orders) & 15 business days (for international orders) from the time the order was placed & can vary during the holiday season or drop weekends. We reserve the right to cancel any order at the time of purchase. We have the right to refuse service to any customer. Free shipping will be provided on US Domestic orders of $100 USD. Duties & taxes are included in the cost of international shipping. Kinda Fit Kinda Fat is not responsible for orders after they have left our fulfillment center. Kinda Fit Kinda Fat is not responsible for orders that are not delivered or shipped out in time for a certain deadline that may exist. Kinda Fit Kinda Fat is not responsible for orders lost in transit or lost at the time of delivery. Kinda Fit Kinda Fat is not responsible for damaged packages. For any questions about your order once it has left our fulfillment center, the shipping company will provide any information necessary. Please make sure that your correct email address is submitted. Confirmation emails will still send to incorrectly-entered email addresses. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that product. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you complete the checkout process. Please be aware that your purchase will only be final when you have fully completed payment and received a confirmation email.

3. DROP DAYS

Our collection drop days may change up to the specific date & time marketed at any point in time. Please note that unless otherwise specified, all times will be in Pacific Standard Time. Our website's stock will be updated on the specified drop date at 6:30 PM PST. We cannot guarantee stock availability on drop days. An item in your cart does NOT guarantee availability, you will need to complete your purchase & receive an update on your tracking information. 

 

4. SALES/DISCOUNTS/TRANSACTIONS

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount codes, only one code is allowed per transaction. Discount codes may not be added to an order after it has already been processed. Discounts/sales/discount codes are not eligible on gift cards. Refund & transaction timelines are based on who you bank with & may take up to 7-10 business days. All sale items are ONLY eligible for return for a store credit. Sale items are not eligible for a return for a refund or in exchange for another item. *BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY SALE INFO/EXCLUSIONS: The KFKF Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale starts on November 23rd at 6:30PM PST and ends on November 27th at 11:59PM PST. Orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days of the day you placed your order. Operating hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00AM - 4:00PM PST.

Please keep in mind that our staff is working tirelessly to make sure you get your goodies on time during regular business hours/days. Packages may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive once it has shipped from our fulfillment center. "PACKAGE MAY ARRIVE LATER THAN EXPECTED" does not mean that your package has been lost, but rather your package may experience a slight delay. Please contact the postal service that is delivering your package for additional information, as Kinda Fit Kinda Fat is not responsible for packages after they have left our fulfillment center. If you have received your tracking, your order has been packaged & will be shipped out accordingly the following business day. 

The Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion is only eligible on t-shirts displayed on our website, the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion does not apply to anything else. The promotion will be automatically applied to your cart, no discount code is required. The promotion will be applied to every THREE shirts added to a cart. Discount code may not be combined with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion, but they can be combined with all other items in your cart. Items purchased on November 23rd or after will be eligible for a free return until January 24th, 2024. Please check out our returns page to learn more about how to create a return. 

***BURNT BATCH MYSTERY PACKS: Our dedicated KFKF Bakers make sure all of our products pass through rigorous quality control before it even reaches your hands! But sometimes, we come across slightly imperfect goodies that are not up to our KFKF Sa-TASTE-faction Standard. Baked goods in our Burnt Batch* are PERFECTLY USABLE! These items can include Last Chance Leftovers or discontinued designs, products with minor defects or misprint in color, sizing inconsistencies, etc. All Burnt Batch products are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.

5. RETURNS/EXCHANGES/GIFT RETURNS

All eligible items for return/exchange will be processed once scanned by the carrier. An email will be sent to the address on file (unless stated otherwise confirming that your Return has began processing.

RETURNS: Can be made for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. The following items are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Sale Items
  • Worn/Washed/Used Items
Eligible items can be returned for a refund or store credit through our Return Portal*.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days depending on the banking institution.
  • An email will be sent to the address attached to the order once the refund has began processing.
  • Store Credit will be ready to use once issued. The store credit will not expire can be used as a split payment. This will get sent via email.
  • Items that are marked as "Final sale" will not be eligible for a refund return. 
  • Shipping is NOT included the refund/store credit amount.

EXCHANGES:

  • Eligible items can be returned in exchange for the same item in a different size or another item of equal value.Can be made within 30 days of the day the items were received.
  • Items that are eligible can be processed by using our Return Portal*.
  • Exchange orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days of the time the exchange order was created.
  • An email with a new order # and tracking # will be sent out via email when applicable.
  • We are unable to process exchanges for items that are sold out on our website.
  • Items that are marked as "Final sale" will not be eligible for an exchange.

GIFT RETURNS: Kinda Fit Kinda Fat DOES accept returns for store credit on items received as gifts. We are UNABLE to process refunds or exchanges for gifts. Gift giver will not be notified of any returns made on the gift.

*Use of our Return Portal is only eligible for orders made in the Domestic US at this time. At this time, we are unable to accept returns & exchanges for orders made outside of the Domestic US.

 

6. GOURMET GAINZ COLLECTION

Items from the Minatamis Na Tabo Collection will be final sale, no returns/exchanges permitted. If item(s) is broken or corrupted upon arrival, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Tabos will be shipped with care & fragility in mind. Each item varies slightly in size, color, patter, etc. & all details are outlined on the tabo's product page. 

WARNING: Tabo is NOT meant to be used under open flames, pressures, or in any sort of cooking setting. NOT oven safe or stove-top safe. Tabos are dishwasher safe, however we recommend hand washing for best results & optimal longevity.
