I picked up powerlifting back in 2009 and haven't looked back. Being Kinda Fit Kinda Fat to me means being able to be an active person, whether its body building, crossfit, powerlifting, cycling, etc. while at the same time learning to have a healthy and non fear based relationship with food. In my limited experience of being fit haha and my extensive experience of being fat, I can say that being able to throw down at the gym and also throw down a good meal every now and then is about balance. It's about learning to be kind to yourself every step of your fitness, journey whatever your goals are.
