"I don't think people realize how important it is to feel accepted and loved at every size." - Samantha

"I've been fat, I've been skinny, I've been "thick/curvy"... and I've struggled with an eating disorder at every different weight point. It's been frustrating, but lately, I've seen people (especially in health and fitness community) saying that it's "promoting obesity" when you promote body positivity or when you celebrate heavier people actually loving themselves. WRONG! As someone who has been extremely overweight, I was well aware of the potential effects it could have on my health. Does that mean I'm supposed to hate myself and not feel comfortable for just existing as a human being? The first step to actually battling my eating disorder was to love myself and actually believe that I was deserving of love.

This is why I love Kinda Fit Kinda Fat. Their commitment to size inclusivity and their mission to create a community where 'you can and SHOULD be proud of your body no matter what stage of the fitness journey you are on.' I don't think people realize how important it is to feel accepted and loved at every size. I am grateful to be a part of the KFKF family and proud to stand by a brand that welcomes everyone at every stage of their fitness journey. My name is Samantha and I am proudly Kinda Fit Kinda Fat."
