After a long and socially-deprived pandemic, we made sure to pop up at one of our favorite and busiest events: the highly anticipated LA FIT EXPO!

This year, we upgraded to a bigger booth, a convenient changing room, event bags alongside our familiar donut boxes, and our NEW Crumbie Selfie wall!

We were SO excited to see familiar faces and got to meet a TON of new fitness enthusiasts and foodies just roaming around the jam-packed expo.

A handful of our awesome KFKF community members even shared stories of how they supported us from the FIRST time we did the expo back in 2018!!

The most enjoyable and fulfilling part was getting to hear your stories of YOUR evolving journey and just how different everyone's goals were. From weight-loss, weight-gain, being able to lift again after being in an accident, overcoming eating disorders, to even having a better relationship with food -- we are truly overjoyed and extremely grateful to be even a small part of your journey.
